At Jackson Roze, we take pride in delivering high-quality, non-alcoholic luxury drinks. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

2. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
