The simplest approach is, of course, to drink it just as it is. Our ginger wine is prepared ready to serve, so there is no need to dilute it. For a comforting alternative, you can add hot boiling water to a measure of ginger wine to create a delicious warming ginger drink.
It is also delightful when served with butter shortbread, which perfectly complements the rich ginger flavour. This is the traditional way our family has enjoyed ginger wine over the generations.

Storage and Shelf Life
Ginger Shots (core range) – Store at chilled after purchase. Shelf life: 6 months
Beetroot & Pineapple Shots – Must be refrigerated. Shelf life: 4 months
Ginger Lemonade – Store chilled after purchase is preferable. Shelf life: 6 months
Ginger Wine – Store at room temperature but can be refrigerated. Shelf life: 12 months from manufacture
All products carry a clearly marked expiry/best-before date and are best enjoyed before that date. You may refrigerate any product if preferred.
We use pure ginger root and capsicum, both carefully supplied and tested by a team of highly qualified producers. This ensures that the ginger and capsicum in our products are of a consistently high grade and excellent quality.
