Every bottle is crested with care and intention. We believe that doing things well, from sourcing real ingredients to perfecting each recipe, is itself an act of purpose. Avodah is the fruit of that daily commitment. Hard Work!

02 Worship
Avodah is rooted in faith. The name itself is a Hebrew word that means both work and worship, a reminder that what we create can be an offering. We make these drinks with gratitude and a sense of something greater than profit.

Avodah drinks begin with a proper lemonade made from fresh lemons — not juice from concentrate or a flavoured syrup base. We then combine it with our Jackson Roze Signature Ginger Compound and carefully selected real fruits, botanicals and tea to create refreshing still drinks with genuine flavour and a distinctive warming finish.

Made with purpose
Made by our family in Northern Ireland
Avodah began with a simple frustration: we wanted a soft drink that genuinely hit the spot.
As a family, we had grown tired of syrup-based drinks that tasted overly sweet, artificial and commercial. During our travels across America, we fell in love with the fresh lemonades sold from little roadside and street-corner stands—made with real lemons rather than flavourings or concentrated juice. They were simple, refreshing and full of genuine flavour.
Naturally, we could not leave it there. Our love of classic lemonade soon inspired a fresh strawberry version, combining real fruit with the bright, refreshing taste of lemon.
For our founder, Nicky, peach iced tea has always been a personal favourite. During a visit to Philadelphia, she discovered a freshly made ginger peach iced tea and was immediately convinced that this was the next direction for the range. Its combination of juicy peach, delicate tea and warming ginger tasted completely different from the mass-produced high-street versions she had tried before.
Bringing these inspirations home, we combined them with our Jackson Roze Signature Ginger Compound to create three distinctive drinks: Ginger Lemonade, Strawberry Ginger Lemonade and Ginger Peach Green Tea.
Avodah is our answer to a soft-drinks market filled with syrups, concentrates and artificial flavourings. It is for people who want real ingredients, genuine flavour and a drink made with purpose.
The name Avodah means work, worship and service—values that shape every bottle and reflect our commitment to excellence, integrity and purpose.
But the Avodah story is only beginning. We will continue experimenting with new fruits, botanicals, teas and unexpected flavour combinations, releasing them in small quantities at our food stands.
